- To fill in current service gaps affecting on reserve clientele
- Safely and efficiently transport and advocate on behalf of on reserve clientele visiting Winnipeg, MB
- Improve transportation experience for on reserve clients arriving in Winnipeg
- Ensure that on reserve case managers, medical employees, nursing staff, etc. are not overburdened with client transportation and advocacy needs and services while in Winnipeg.
- Such as and not limited to arrivals, departures, appointments, and accommodations
- Work directly with on reserve programs, organizations and medical travel requirements to eliminate this lack of service
